The high school and middle school students will be running the show, including but not limited to: selling tickets, advertising, greeting, serving dinner, busing tables, performing, and clean up. All of the funds raised from the dinner ticket sales and silent auction directly benefit the students in the band program. This is largely how we are able to support band students in need, replace equipment, provide professional attire for high school student performances, pay for music festivals and clinic opportunities, and much more. Students are being asked to set a goal to sell 3 tickets each, or collect the equivalent amount of funds in cash donations. Tickets will go on sale March 1st.
We need volunteers to reach out to businesses and ask for donations. The Granite community gets hit from a lot of different organizations, so it would be great if we could have the parent community asking businesses from all over or their own companies if they are out of town. A letter and donation form is attached for your convenience. You can send donations to school with your student or drop them off, and I will lock them up in storage.

ALL STUDENTS ARE INVITED TO PRACTICE AT THE HIGH SCHOOL MON-THUR UNTIL 3:30PM. There is a DAILY shuttle bus (#12) that middle school students can take to the HS. On Tuesday and Thursday there is an activity bus to take students home.
